Patients with non large masses of stage II discontinuous lesions in stage 1-3a of follicular lymphoma and those without treatment indications in stage III-IV:watch and wait

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Untreated follicular lymphoma diagnosed by pathology within 6 months, and simultaneously meeting one of the following conditions: a) Pathological grade 1-3a, clinical stage II, and discontinuous lesions without large masses; b) Pathological grade 1-3a, clinical stage III-IV, no treatment indication; 2.Obtaining informed consent form signed by the patient or family member
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological indications include partial transformation of 3b or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; 2. Received systemic or local treatment including chemotherapy or radiotherapy before enrollment; 3. Patients or family members strongly demand treatment; 4. Accompanied by other malignant tumors that require treatment or affect survival; 5.Expected survival time less than 3 months.
