20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with primary scoliosis by a doctor, aged over 20 years old; (2) Cobb angle measured by standing chest X-ray (Cobb angle) exceeds 10 degrees; (3) Choose to receive exercise therapy after the doctor explains all primary scoliosis treatment methods; (4) Be able to understand and comply with spoken exercise instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion conditions are: (1) patients with non-idiopathic scoliosis; (2) patients with primary scoliosis who are younger than 20 years old; (3) patients who have undergone surgery or are wearing a spinal brace; ( 4) Those with other neurological diseases; (5) Those with limb bone or joint deformities; (6) Those with vestibular system-related diseases; (7) Those who are unable to cooperate with commands to perform actions. The control group is healthy subjects matched by age and gender, and patients with scoliosis will also be excluded from this experiment if they meet the exclusion criteria 4.5.6.7.
