18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years and <80 years; (2) Patients with PeAF undergoing catheter ablation for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous cardiac surgery or/and AF ablation; (2) History of rheumatic valve disease; (3) Ischaemic stroke or TIA within 6 months; (4) Contraindication to anticoagulation; (5) Inability to complete or contraindications to MRI, such as claustrophobia; (6) LA diameter >55 mm (parasternal long-axis view in transthoracic echocardiography); (7) Patients who could not complete the procedure due to complications; (8) Subjects who have participated in other drug or device clinical trials during the same period; (9) Abnormalities or diseases that, in the opinion of the investigator, should be excluded from enrolment in this study.
