65 Years to 105 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. males and females( =65 years old) 2. chronic morbidity in stable condition with consciousness, applicable to necessary physical examination and inquiries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with critical or terminal illness, life expectancy<1 year 2. diagnosed with severe disability or mental illness(including dementia, dyskinesia) and unable to finish the Frailty Assessment 3. diagnosed with malignancy 4. diagnosed with CVDs or neuropathy estimated not appliable to exercise 5. reluctant to participate in this intervention research
