Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic ankle instability proposed by the International Ankle Consortium: a. At least one history of severe ankle sprain The first sprain must occur at least 12 months before intervention ? exhibiting inflammatory symptoms (pain, swelling, etc.) ? caused at least one day of interruption in exercise b. The recent injury must have occurred at least 3 months before the intervention c. Repeated sprains or instability in the previously injured ankle joint (2) Aged between 18-55 years old and proficient in using mobile devices for remote rehabilitation. (3) The patient's functional impairment meets the standards of exercise therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of lower limb surgery or other motor system injuries that affect exercise therapy. (2) Individuals with severe circulatory and respiratory diseases who are not suitable for exercise training, such as uncontrolled hypertension, heart failure, COPD, etc. (3) Unable to cooperate with the therapist to complete treatment and evaluation.
