Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elective or emergency cesarean section under lumbar anesthesia; 2) Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women have serious comorbidities or complications that are difficult to control: serious heart disease, severe preeclampsia, difficult to control blood pressure, eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, acute fatty liver during pregnancy, and dangerous placenta previa; 2) There is a contraindication of lumbar anesthesia; 3) Preoperative body temperature > 38? or < 36? or use of drugs that affect body temperature; 4) pregnancy combined with metabolic disorders (such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism); Or catheterization contraindications (such as acute urinary tract infection, etc.) affect the measurement of core body temperature;
