Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 20~64 years old ? BMI 22 ~ 28 kg/m2 ? ASA ? or ? ? Elective uterine fibroids HIFU treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hypertension and diabetes; ? neurological system, blood system disorders or immune system disorders; ? with mental abnormalities, hearing or language disorders; ? with liver, lung or kidney dysfunction; ? history of chronic pain; ? with a history of long-term psychotropic drugs or analgesic drugs; ? history of drug use or alcohol dependence; ? history of severe drug allergy; ? recent upper respiratory infections.
