Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?A newly diagnosed patient undergoing laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma operation in the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University; ? The pathological diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma; ?Volunteer to enroll and sign informed consent for clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The tissue is small, difficult to collect or insufficient for the detection of relevant indicators; ? Hepatitis, syphilis, tuberculosis, HIV and other infectious diseases; ?Non-onset patients or those who have already received other treatments; ?Clinical data are incomplete; ?Loss to follow-up.
