Interventions
ST group:In ST group, participants received sural nerve and tibial nerve blocks.
PS group:In PS group, participants received popliteal sciatic nerve blocks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for internal fixation surgery of calcaneal fractures at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were enrolled in this study, who had an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients meeting the following criteria were excluded from the study: 1) Allergic reactions to local anesthetics; 2) Infection at the puncture site; 3) Central nervous system diseases or peripheral neuropathies; 4) Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 5) Coagulation disorders; 6) Inability to communicate due to language barriers; 7) Opioid analgesic addiction.
