18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Ultrasound images are clear and have corresponding puncture pathological results, including negative and positive images; ? Having complete clinical information; ? Digital rectal examination reveals suspicious prostate nodules, with any PSA value; Suspected lesions detected by TRUS or mp-MRI, with any PSA value; Serum PSA increased.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Diseases with severe bleeding tendencies, hypertensive crisis patients, decompensated heart failure patients, malignant tumor patients with cachexia; ? Patients with acute inflammation of the rectum, severe internal and external hemorrhoids, and perianal lesions that affect the operation; ? Has received treatment for prostate diseases (including endocrine, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy); ? Ultrasound images are not clear and cannot be used for data analysis.
