The GLP-1RA weekly regimen initiation group:Diabetic patients will receive the first injection of the GLP-1 weekly regimen, complete a fasting gastric ultrasound within 3 days post-injection, consume
The GLP-1RA weekly regimen 6-week treatment group:Diabetic patients undergoing GLP-1RA weekly regimen treatment will undergo a gastric ultrasound examination once between the 6th and 8th injection.com
The GLP-1RA weekly regimen 12-week treatment group:Diabetic patients undergoing GLP-1RA weekly regimen treatment will undergo a gastric ultrasound examination once between the 12th and 14th injection.
Control group:Patients with type 2 diabetes consume a standard meal at 18:00 the day prior to the examination, and undergo fasting gastric ultrasound at 8:00 the following morning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participants.2. Adults diagnosed with type 2 diabetes based on the "Guideline for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in China (2020 edition)."3. Age ranging from 18 to 70 years.4. BMI between 24 and 30 kg/m².5. Diabetes duration of 10 years or less, with a glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level not exceeding 9%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes.2. Patients with limited mobility or inability to move independently.3. Individuals with severe infections, allergies, or major organ diseases.4. Cases presenting with diabetic ketoacidosis.5. History of upper abdominal surgery.6. Current use of medications associated with gastroparesis risk (e.g., opioid analgesics, proton pump inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, calcium channel blockers, antipsychotic drugs, and lithium).7. Pregnant or lactating women.8. Individuals experiencing hyperosmolar hyperglycemic states.9. Individuals with clinical manifestations of diabetic gastroparesis.
