Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-65 years old, regardless of gender, BMI 18-30,laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; (3) The patient and his family members are informed and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Puncture site infection; (2) previous blood disease or coagulation dysfunction; (3) Liver and renal insufficiency, cardiac function ? or ?. (4) Patients suffering from chronic pain for a long time; (5) Previous history of mental disorders and central nervous system diseases; (5) Recent history of opioid use; (6) Hearing or visual impairment can not fit the scale assessment or refuse to participate in this experiment; (7) Refuse to use postoperative analgesia pump;
