Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients =18 years of age undergoing elective classical open-heart surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; 2. Allergic to amide local anesthetics; 3. Patients who are unable to carry out normal communication and evaluation due to factors such as language impairment, hearing impairment, and mental illness; 4. Patients with grade IV heart function; 5. Pre-existing neurological disease; 6. Preoperative coagulation dysfunction; 7. Patients with infection in the puncture and catheter indwelling area; 8. People with sepsis.
