Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pcystic ovary syndrome was diagnosed according to the 2003 diagnostic criteria of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology Rotterdam and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE/ASRM) as follows: After excluding other known endocrine system-related gonadal diseases (such as congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, androgen secreting tumors, and Cushing syndrome), diagnosis can be made if any 2 of the following 3 criteria are met: 1) oligovulatory and/or anovulatory; 2) Clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenemia and/or hyperandrogenemia; 3) Ultrasonography revealed polycystoid changes in the ovaries, with =12 follicles 2-9mm in diameter on one or both ovaries and/or =10ml in ovarian volume
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) PCOS patients also suffer from androgen elevation tumors, pituitary tumors, congenital adrenal cortical growth, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases; 2) have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious organic diseases; 3) Used metformin and insulin sensitizers such as rosiglitazone, pioglitazone and other drugs to improve insulin resistance, and used steroid hormones, parathyroid hormone, calcitonin, vitamin D preparations and other drugs that affect sex hormones, glucose and lipid metabolism and vitamin D metabolism in the body within 3 months; 4) Those who have a history of drug abuse or alcoholism; 5) Women with a history of mental illness, malignant tumors, breastfeeding women and long-term use of contraceptives; 6) Trauma, surgery, severe acute and chronic infection within 3 months; 7) Patients with infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis;
