Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 90 years old =65 years old, gender is not limited 2. Undergo non-cardiac general anesthesia (tracheal intubation, combined nerve block) 3. ASA Grade I - III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual or hearing impairment (inability to see pictures or to read or hear instructions) or loss of communication skills 2. Preoperative presence of dementia or confirmed cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24) 3. The patient signed informed consent before surgery but refused to participate in follow-up 4. Coma or temporary transfer to ICU after surgery 5. Death occurred within 7 days after surgery
