Interventions

1:The sequence of the group was as follows: (1)AC-VR
(2)MI-VR
(3) HI-VR. At least 7 days apart, VR exergaming was performed for 15 minutes each time, and heart rate and accelerometer were used to monitor physical activity.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects were college students in ordinary universities: 1) BMI between 18.5-23.9; 2) physical fitness, with all responses of no to the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure that participants could withstand the exercise intervention; 3) no history of mental disorders, traumatic brain injury, neurological diseases, substance abuse, or chronic physical diseases; 4) good mental status with no coffee or alcohol consumption within two hours before the test; 5) normal color vision and (corrected) visual acuity. After knowing the experimental procedure, the subjects agreed and signed the informed consent form before the experiment was conducted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-college students. BMI did not meet the requirements; History of mental illness, systemic neuromuscular disease, traumatic brain injury, or drug intake affecting cognition; Exercise contraindications
