Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A self-experienced persistent decline in cognitive capacity relative to a previously normal cognitive status unrelated to an acute event and a normal performance on standardized cognitive tests used to classify MCI, adjusted for age, sex, and years of education; Symptoms occur within the last five years; Symptoms are first onset at more than 60 years; Worried about the appeared symptoms; Memory is worse than others of the same age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Memory decline caused by acute events, anxiety or depression, or other neuropsychiatric disorders, psychiatric disorders, metabolic disease, poisoning, drug abuse, infect, etc.; (2) contraindications to MRI, such as previously severe head trauma or cranial surgery, current or lifetime history of epilepsy, brain tumor, intracranial hypertension, previous pacemaker implantation surgery, graft or metallic foreign body, claustrophobia, etc.; (3) Inability to cooperate with questionnaire assessments (presence of language or cognitive problems); (4) Unable to cooperate with the whole treatment.
