65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >65 years old 2.Grade: ASA ?to ? 3.The 3D-CAM method determines that there is no pre-existing delirium before surgery 4.The Minimum Mental State Examination Scale scored ? 15 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of neurological or psychiatric disease 2.Long-term use of sedative, hypnotic and antipsychotic drugs 3.Severe visual and hearing impairment 4.Patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction.
