18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of dysphoria and anxiety; (2) Male and female, 18 = age =60 years old; (3) Patients have life, work, emotional and other events that caused anxiety and lasted for more than 3 months; (4)50 = self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score =69, 7 = Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 21, no history of mental disorders, no major physical diseases; (5)no brain organic disease and normal heart, liver, kidney function; (6) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwilling to cooperate.
