Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 20-44 years with combined cervical liquid-based cytology and HPV-DNA confirmation of HR-HPV infection with cytological results of NILM/ASCUS/LSIL/HISL HR-HPV infection with cytological findings of NILM/ASCUS/LSIL/HISL; (2) Colposcopic squamous-column junction and lesions were visible, colposcopic cervical biopsy, and pathological diagnosis of histological HSIL. (3) Non-pregnant, lactating women; (4) No antiviral treatment within three months prior to enrolment; (5) Informed consent and availability to complete follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete visualisation of the transformation zone by colposcopy (2) Cytological or colposcopic examination and histological HISL (CINII/CINIII), suspicious for invasive carcinoma or glandular lesions (3) Acute inflammatory phase of the genital tract (4) STD, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (ADS) (5) Severe cardiopulmonary and coagulation disorders. (6) Those who do not accept follow-up visits. (7) Do not agree with the treatment plan. (8) Cognitive dysfunction (9)Sexual life dysfunction (11)History of cervical physiotherapy and cervical surgery in the last 3 months
