Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) For elective laparoscopic hysterectomy (2) ASA grade I-III patients (3) Body mass index,(BMI) <30kg/m2 (4) 18-65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients refused, (2) body mass index > 35 kg/m 2 (3)ASA > II (4) emergency operation (5) abnormal pulmonary function (late stage of ARDS or"Fibrosis" stage, unilateral pleuropneumonia, ARDS with obvious changes in imaging, Ards with high baseline PEEP level, patients with poor chest wall elasticity, and patients with mixed COPD) . (6) severe cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, etc.) , renal diseases, liver diseases, diseases (serum total bilirubin =2 mg/dl) (7) severe hypotension and head trauma. (8) patients with moderate or above anemia. (9) patients were involved in other studies within 7 days after surgery
