Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50-80 who need glaucoma and cataract surgery for primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma (CPACG) and primary acute angle-closure glaucoma (APACG), and suspicious angle-closure (PACS) or primary angle-closure (PAC). This type of eye has not had other internal eye surgeries before, such as intravitreal injection, vitrectomy, cataract, glaucoma surgery, etc. 2. A clear history of primary glaucoma, who has undergone cataract surgery or trabeculectomy, laser periidotomy, etc., and is now hospitalized for simple cataract surgery or glaucoma surgery. 3. The diopter is less than -6D. 4. Have not received corticosteroids, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy in the past 6 months 5. Have not received topical praprofen or hormone eye drops in the past half month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) One-eyed (2) Secondary glaucoma: such as neovascular glaucoma, uveitis and trauma; (3) other eye diseases, such as uveitis and trauma; (4) Other hereditary eye diseases of the eye, such as retinitis pigmentosa, etc.; (5) metabolic diseases such as diabetes; (6) or serious diseases, such as rheumatic diseases, immune diseases, lung cancer, adrenal tumors and pituitary tumors, breast cancer, etc.
