Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depression: meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; HAMD score =20. Healthy subjects: The subjects were recruited as healthy controls, and the subjects did not meet any of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for mental disorders, and the HAMD score was =8; 2. Aged between 10 and 40 years old; 3. Han nationality, right-handed; Grade 5 and above education; 4. Informed consent to participate in this study (and sign informed consent).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological disease or major physical disease (such as thyroid disease, lupus erythematosus, diabetes, lung, liver and kidney damage, infection, major trauma, glaucoma, etc.); 2. Present or past history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mental disorders caused by alcohol and drug dependence; 3. Patients who are being treated with hormone drugs; 4. Pregnancy and lactation; 5. Immediate family members with bipolar disorder or mania; 6. Have received ECT treatment within the last 6 months; 7. Hearing impairment; Color blindness; 8. The researcher considers that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for participation in this study.
