Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) 90 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer ; ( 2 ) ASA grade I-II ; ( 3 ) The education level is primary school and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) serious systemic diseases such as heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney ; ( 2 ) coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection ; ( 3 ) mental illness or mental retardation ; ( 4 ) chronic pain, chronic inflammation ; ( 5 ) metabolic and endocrine abnormalities, recent ( within 3 months ) use of hormones or immune agents ;
