Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The underlying disease was chronic nephritis and chronic kidney disease stage 5. Intra-arterial venous fistula was treated with MHD, continuous dialysis with high-efficiency dialyzer ?8 hours per week, continuous dialysis time ?3 months; ? Age =18 years and < 80 years. ? There are different degrees of sleep disorders; ? The patient has clear consciousness, voluntary participation, and good cooperation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, combined with cognitive dysfunction, consciousness disorders, serious cardiopulmonary diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; ? Patients with severe sleep disorders or taking sleep AIDS before dialysis; The dialysis evaluation is not up to standard, the dialysis is irregular or insufficient; ? Poor compliance, withdrawal of treatment or change of dialysis center; ? Acute and chronic infections in the past 3 months; ? Patients with a history of kidney transplantation.
