Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in the Multidisciplinary Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Adults; ?Meet the classification criteria for mild obstructive sleep apnea disorder, i.e., a sleep apnea hypoventilation index (AHI) of 5-15 breaths/h; ?Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia according to the International Classification of Sleep, 3rd edition (ICSD-3); ?Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of 5-15; ?Age 18-65 years old; ?Those who were informed about the trial and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Organic lesions of the nasopharyngeal respiratory tract found on examination within 3 months; ?Those who have previously undergone localized surgical treatment of the respiratory tract; ?History of needle-sickness; ?Organic lesions of the nasopharyngeal respiratory tract detected in the examination within 3 months ?Combined severe liver and renal insufficiency, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders, malignant tumors, coagulation disorders, and severe gastrointestinal diseases. ?Organic insomnia.
