Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MPs patients: (1) 20-70 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of MPs in diagnosis and treatment of myofascial pain syndrome: meet the following five main criteria and at least one secondary criteria: main criteria: ? main complaint of regional pain; ? The sensory abnormality in the expected distribution area of the main complaint pain or trigger point involved pain; ? The affected muscles can touch the tension zone; ? Severe punctate tenderness at a point in the tension band; ? During measurement, there is a certain degree of motion limitation. Secondary criteria: ? clinical pain or paresthesia with repeated complaints at the tenderness point; ? Palpation of the zonal zone induced local convulsive response. Healthy subjects: (1) 20-70 years old; (2) No myofascial pain related symptoms, no history of trauma, no clear history of muscle injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women; (2) In the past 3 months, he has received Acupotomy treatment, Chinese herbal medicine and other treatments; (3) She has received acupuncture, cupping and other treatments in the past two weeks; (4) Infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis and syphilis; (5) Moderate and severe psychological diseases such as anxiety and depression; (6) Do not understand Mandarin, do not know Chinese characters.
