Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia ?Selective operation ?Aged >= 60 years,unisex ?American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I~III; ?18kg/m2=BMI=24.9 kg/m2 ?Ability to understand and comply with clinical trial protocol requirements,voluntary signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who are intolerant to remote ischemic preconditioning ?Patients who are preoperative CAM assessment was delirium or taking anti-depression drug ?Acute myocardial infarction ?Hypertensive with unsatisfactory control,quiescent stage systolic pressure = 180mmHg,and (or) diastolic =110 mmHg;hypotensive,quiescent stage systolic pressure <90mmHg,and (or) diastolic <60mmHg ?Blood routine examination Hb<90g/L ?Combined abnormal liver function,AST and (or)ALT=double of the upper limit of normal value ?Combined abnormal renal function,BUN and (or)Cr exceed of the upper limit of normal value ? Patients who FBG(fasting blood-glucose)=11.1mmol/L on Screening time ?Other situations of researcher judge the patient wasn't eligible to participate in the clinical study
