Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elderly(>60 years) patients diagnosed pathologically with Squamous cell esophageal cancer underwent esophagectomy between January 2018 and December 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) individuals whose examined and positive regional lymph nodes performed during the initial work-up or first course of therapy are unidentified or absent;2) patients who did not undergo esophagectomy as part of the course of treatment; 3) patients with uncertain or missing tumor size data.
