Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient signs an informed consent form; ? All patients underwent enhanced CT and ultrasound-guided fine-tuning before surgeryNeedle puncture biopsy cytological examination; ? Performing expanded radical surgery for thyroid cancer in our hospital; ? Confirmed by surgical pathology as PTC; ? Preoperative enhanced CT images are clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients refuse or are unable to undergo enhanced CT and ultrasound guidance before surgeryLower fine needle aspiration biopsy cytological examination; ? Confirmed by clear surgical pathology as non PTC (follicular carcinomaMyeloid carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, etc; ? Combined history of other head and neck tumors and treatment with radiotherapy and chemotherapyHistory; ? Preoperative enhanced CT image quality is poor.
