Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Super late onset schizophrenia group Inclusion criteria (all 4 requirements must be met) : ? Provide written informed consent; (2) Meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth Edition, DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; ? Age of first onset =60 years; ? All are right-handed (2) Early-onset schizophrenia elderly group Inclusion criteria (all 4 criteria must be met) : matched with the ultra-late-onset schizophrenia group in terms of age, sex, and education. Inclusion criteria (all 4 requirements must be met) : ? Provide written informed consent; ? Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; Age =60 years old, first onset age <40 years old; ? All are right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Super late onset schizophrenia group Exclusion criteria (meet 1 can be excluded) : ? have a history of epilepsy or coronary heart disease or other serious unstable physical diseases; Have participated in another interventional clinical study within the past 1 month; (3) Previous or current DSM-5 diagnosis of the following mental disorders: organic mental disorders, Alzheimer's disease, secondary dementia due to other causes, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, delusional disorder, amorphous mental disorders; Patients with a history of substance abuse, including abuse of alcohol or active drugs, except nicotine, within the past 12 months; ? In the past 2 weeks, he has been taking drugs that affect cognitive function such as intelligent drugs; ? Patients with severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment who cannot complete the assessment and those with MRI contraindications.
