Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years old; (2) patients with initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis; (3) within 1 month after successful anti-tuberculosis treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who have persistent systemic or respiratory symptoms at the end of anti-TB therapy, including but not limited to: fever, frequent cough/sputum production with positive etiological results such as sputum smears or cultures, or other signs indicating treatment failure; (2) HIV positive patients; (3) Pulmonary function contraindications: pneumothorax, hemoptysis, recent onset of angina/coronary heart disease, uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension; (4) patients who could not cooperate with clinicians to complete pulmonary function tests.
