Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation treatment was performed at the Department of Hematology, Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University; 2. Treatment with cyclosporine A after bone marrow transplantation; 3. Brain MRI/CT scan between allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant and most recent visit; 4. Understand and agree to adhere to the research protocol, obtaining informed consent from the subject or their representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous central nervous system disorders; 2.Refusal to participate and inability to cooperate with the researchers.
