18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Possessing a nurse qualification certificate, registered on-the-job nurses, (2) working time in psychiatric department = 1 year, (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses coming from outside the hospital for training, internship nurses and regulation nurses, (2) Nurses on vacation, leave of absence or study away during the survey period.
