Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria encompass individuals who are currently enrolled as students in an accredited nursing program, aged 18 years and above, have regular access to the internet, and are available to complete the study assessments and activities within the designated timeline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include individuals with a history of severe mental health disorders or those currently receiving ongoing mental health treatment that could significantly interfere with participation in the study.
