Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged =18 years old; 2) Patients with suspected lung cancer scheduled for surgical biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complications that may affect breath test results ;2) Failure to provide a breath sample or requesting to withdraw due to own reasons; 3) No informed consent was signed.4) Pathologically confirmed as a non NSCLC patient
