Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 In line with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation, and MRI showed no lumbar spondylolisthesis ; 2 age between 20-65 years old, gender is not limited ; those who did not receive relevant treatment in the past 1 month ; 4 no serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases ; 5 those who volunteered to participate in this study, with high compliance and signed informed consent ; 6 Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia ( TSK ) score > 37 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients whose age did not meet the inclusion criteria ; 2 patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other serious organ diseases and patients with brain organic lesions ; 3 patients with mental illness or who had taken anti-anxiety and depression drugs in the past month ; 4 patients who had taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month 5 pregnant or lactating women ; 6 fainting needle, acupuncture site infection, ulcer, scar ; 7 poor compliance, can not fully cooperate with the treatment or difficult to follow-up ; 8 have received or are undergoing other interventional therapy before enrollment ; 9 combined with acute skin infection, severe trauma, lumbar tuberculosis, tumor, spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar fracture or compression fracture, severe osteoporosis and other diseases ; 10 postoperative lumbar disc herniation or lumbar fracture ; patients with contraindications to celecoxib capsules
