Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary malignant tumor confirmed by histopathology; 2.SPECT whole body scan shows focal radiotracer uptake (including bone metastases and benign bone disease); 3. The patient cooperated with the examination, the whole body bone development was clear and the image was complete; 4. With complete pathological, imaging, biochemical data, and follow-up records are available; 5. The maximum diameter of the lesion was greater than 1cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete bone structure; 2.The lesions showed sparse or defective radioactive distribution in SPECT images; 2. The developer leaked during injection or radioactive contamination of urine and body fluids was found on the body surface during during examination.
