Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes: diabetes patients over 18 years of age diagnosed according to the World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999 (with typical diabetes symptoms such as polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, unexplained weight loss, and random intravenous plasma glucose = 11.1 mmol/L or fasting plasma glucose (FPG) = 7.0 mmol/L or oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) 2h plasma glucose = 11.1 mmol/L); 2) 18 years old = Age = 75 years old; 3) the duration of diabetes = 3 months 4) Able to use smartphones; 5) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with ketoacidosis, hypertonic non ketotic diabetes coma, etc; 2) Other serious complications of diabetes; 3) Symptoms and signs of obvious liver and kidney diseases; 4) Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, acute and chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic insufficiency 5) Patients with vitamin B12, folate, and iron deficiency 6) Severe trauma or surgery; Severely infected individuals; 7) Individuals with a history of severe unintentional hypoglycemia; 8) Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure (SBP)>160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure (DBP)>95 mmHg); 9) Individuals with a history of mental illness and family history; 10) Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes; 11) Gastrointestinal dysfunction and related diseases;
