Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the "Guidelines for Cochlear Implantation (2013)", and willing to participate in and follow-up (2) At unified cochlear implants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) At risk of an adverse reaction to the methylprednisolone (patients with well controlled hypertension and diabetes can be included) (2) Loss to follow-up during 6 months after surgery with a history of mental illness or personal reasons
