Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 18 years = age = 75 years. - Histologically confirmed malignant tumor of the stomach; - The tumor is located in the fundus, body, or whole stomach and does not exceed 2 cm above the cardia if it invades the intra-abdominal esophagus; - No distant metastases were detected (M0); - Resection through R0; - Patients undergoing total laparoscopic gastrectomy; - The reconstruction method of the digestive tract is Overlap anastomosis or FETE anastomosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with incomplete clinical information; - Those with emergency surgery/inadequate preoperative preparation; - Those with intraoperative findings of invasion of neighboring organs; - Those in whom the GI reconstruction method was not clearly documented in the surgical record or in whom other GI reconstruction methods were accomplished; - Those who did not use the SPLT technique during GI reconstruction.
