Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 50-80 years old and stable after conventional oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin or GLP-1RAs treatment in Endocrine diabetes Department IV were enrolled. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus defined by the World Health Organization in 1999. Written informed consent was obtained before participating in this study. And agreed to use the relevant personal information on a confidential basis, which was approved by the Ethics Committee of Cangzhou Central Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes and other special forms of diabetes. 2. Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. 3. Acute complications of type 2 diabetes: diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state. 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 5. Patients with immune system diseases. 6. Patients with tumor diseases. 7. Patients with hematological diseases. 8. Patients with thyroid diseases. 9. Parathyroid disease. 10. Pituitary and adrenal diseases. 11. Macrovascular disease, nephropathy, fundus disease and peripheral neuropathy caused by other reasons. 12. Taking vitamin D, calcium, bisphosphonates and other drugs affecting bone metabolism. 13. Patients with various infections, recent surgery and other stress conditions.
