Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation, regardless of gender, age 18-65 years old, ASA III?IV, no history of drug hypersensitivity, no history of alcohol or drug abuse, and no puncture site infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe coagulation dysfunction and platelet <50*109/L, severe visual and auditory disorders; unable to cooperate to complete the test; serious heart, lung, brain and kidney diseases; preoperative mental illness and cognitive impairment were present.
