Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? =18 years old; ? Patients diagnosed with primary lung malignant tumor and receiving chemotherapy for the first time; ? Life expectancy > 6 months; ? Patients' vital signs were in the normal range during the investigation; ? Informed consent, good understanding and communication skills.
