Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~II., over 18 years old, gender is not limited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of abnormal liver and kidney function, acute and chronic alcoholism, taking psychotropic drugs, and neuromuscular system diseases; (2) abnormal diaphragm function and large pleural effusion; (3) Those who cannot obtain satisfactory ultrasound images after surgery or hinder ultrasound operators; (4) Hand or upper limb disability, morbid obesity (body mass index = 30kg/m2) (5) preoperative use of antibiotics and other drugs that interfere with neuromuscular transmission function (6) Refusal to participate in this study.
