Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the ICD-10 Classification of Mental Disorders; (2) between the ages of 18 and 50, able to cooperate and complete the survey; (3) Because mindfulness courses require high cognitive ability and understanding ability, patients with high school education or above should be recruited; (4) Voluntary test and signed informed consent; (5) no long-term experience in mindfulness training;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The study found that the interoception of depression was lower than that of healthy people, while the interoception of anxiety patients was lower than that of healthy people. Hamilton anxiety Scale was used to measure the interoception of anxiety patients. (2) Excluding patients with suicidal tendencies, that is, patients with a suicide risk assessment scale score greater than 5 points; (3) Patients with other mental disorders and mental retardation; (4) Patients with definite central nervous system diseases, immune system diseases or unstable physical diseases; (5) Patients who have recently taken neurotrophic agents, immunomodulators or antioxidants; (6) Pregnant or lactating female patients; (7) History of alcohol or other neuroactive substance abuse (other than tobacco). (8) does not meet the MRI scanning standards, such as installation of artificial heart pacemakers, nerve stimulators, etc., metal implants in the body, claustrophobia, etc.
