Interventions

Low dose esketamine group(E1):Esketamine 0.25mg/kg was intravenously injected during induction, and 0.125mg/kg/h was continuously infused after induction
High dose esketamine group(E2):Esketamine 0.5mg/kg was intravenously injected during induction, and 0.25mg/kg/h was continuously infused after induction
control group(C):Give an equal amount of physiological saline

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I ~ III grade; 2. Selective video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary resection under general anesthesia was performed; 3. age 18-70 years; 4. Informed consent and willing to follow up; 5.18 = BMI = 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are allergic to any drug in the test; 2. patients at risk of increased intracranial pressure; 3. patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting systolic / diastolic blood pressure more than 180 / 100mmhg); 4. patients with hyperthyroidism and poor control; 5. severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. those with a history of mental illness and drug abuse; 7. refuse to participate in the study;
