Wearable group:Wearable group participants are required to wear wearable detectors and use multi parameter monitors according to regulations, and complete relevant data collection

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>65 years old; 2. ASA grades I to III; 3. Plan to undergo elective surgical procedures; 4. Surgical duration>2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Implantation of a cardioverter defibrillator or pacemaker; 2)Hypersensitivity to the study device;3)inability to cooperate with wearing a wireless monitoring device;4)Recent participants in other clinical trials
