Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People with high blood lipids (7.2>TC=5.2 mmol/L or 4.9>LDL=3.4 mmol/L or 5.6>TG=1.7 mmol/L). 2. Aged between 40 and 65 years old, regardless of gender. 3. Overweight or obese (34.9=BMI=24 kg/m2). 4. Give informed consent and volunteer to be tested. Sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from tumors, diabetes, infectious diseases, severe anemia, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure, stroke, autoimmune diseases, etc. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Those suffering from acute inflammation, infection or trauma. 4. Use of medications, antibiotics, antioxidants, vitamin supplements, or phytotherapeutic products that may interfere with the study intervention. 5. Intolerances and/or food allergies related to study products. 6. Those who have participated in clinical trials within the past 3 months or are currently participating in them. 7. The researcher believes that the subject is not suitable to participate in this trial for any reason.
