Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Have obtained the qualification certificate of nurse professional title; (2) More than half a year of nursing experience in hepatobiliary surgery ward; (3) Obtain informed consent and voluntarily cooperate with participating in this investigation and research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: During the investigation, nurses who were not on duty due to study trips, personal leave, sick leave, rotation, etc.
